History

Chef Biography
The head chef is Tim Bright. He has been trained in the art of preparing Tex-Mex, Italian, Seafood, Steaks and American cuisine. Tim's experience in the kitchen is reflected in the delicious food he delivers. If you enjoy fresh fish or a New York Strip, you will love Longboards. A choice of 10 mouth-watering hamburgers, 10 different styles of pizza, and numerous sandwiches, gives everyone in the family a fantastic meal to enjoy.
Owner Biography
Jennifer Rowell has been in the restaurant business since 1991. She received much of her experience as the general manager of The Caucus Room in Washington, D.C.. Jennifer welcomes you to join her and her staff at Longboards for a wonderful dining experience.

- Lots of Good Food
There is lots of good food here. I was eating a lighter lunch than usual having the Greek Salad with chicken. It was huge and it was delicious.The service was quick also.
